Delete my data

You can ask for your information in Hadeelo to be deleted at any time. Here is how.

If you run a business that uses Hadeelo

1. Email sales@knowledgetreasures.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Hadeelo data”.
2. Say whether you want the whole business account deleted, or only one staff member.
3. We reply within 2 working days to confirm it is really you.
4. Within 30 days we delete the account and everything in it: staff, conversations, photos, voice notes, files, customer lists, labels, notes, approved messages and settings. We email you when it is done.

To remove a single staff member yourself, the owner can do it straight away on the Team page. They are signed out at once.

If you messaged a business that uses Hadeelo

• Your conversation belongs to that business, so the quickest way is to ask the business directly to delete it.
• You can also email sales@knowledgetreasures.com with your WhatsApp number and the name of the business. We will pass your request on and make sure it is done, or delete it ourselves where the business cannot be reached.
• To stop receiving offers from a business, reply STOP to it on WhatsApp.

What deleting does not affect

Messages already delivered stay on the phones that received them, and WhatsApp keeps its own records under Meta’s policies — Hadeelo cannot remove those.
