Shipping and delivery

Hadeelo is online software. Nothing is posted or shipped, and there is no delivery charge. You use it in a web browser on a computer or a phone, anywhere in the world.

When you can start

• Free trial: starts the moment you create an account, and lasts 7 days.
• Paid plan: starts the moment your online payment goes through. You get a receipt by email, and the new end date shows in Hadeelo.

If your plan is not switched on

If you have paid but your plan has not started, email sales@knowledgetreasures.com with the date and amount of your payment. We switch it on within 24 hours, or refund you in full — see Refunds.
