How It Works

  2. 2Turn On Alerts on Your PhoneOne tap on the Alerts page, on each phone that should buzz.
  3. 3Get the Buzz, Answer the ChatTap the alert and the waiting chat opens.

Questions

Do alerts work when Hadeelo is closed?
Yes. Once alerts are turned on for a phone, it buzzes even when Hadeelo is not open.
Do I get alerts at night?
You choose the waiting limit. Auto replies can answer customers when you are closed, so a night message is not left without a reply.
